Following on from the success of last year’s first-ever charity golf day, PNECET are delighted to announce the details of this year’s event, raising funds for the life enhancing work that the Trust delivers.
Taking place at Garstang Country Hotel & Golf Course on Friday 28th June 2024, fifteen teams of four players can enter at a cost of £250 per team, or you can enter as a pair for £125. If you enter as a pair, please expect to be joined up in a four-ball.
Arrival on the day will be from 9:15am onwards and tea, coffee and breakfast sandwiches will also be provided upon arrival at Garstang Country Hotel & Golf Course. After the round, there will be hot beef sandwiches and chips (vegetarian options available upon request) provided as well as drinks being available to buy from the hotel’s bar.
Tee off times will start from 10am, through to 12:30pm and slots will be allocated after booking. We will try to accommodate tee off times upon request, however this cannot be guaranteed.
The winning team on the day will be invited to attend a game during the season in one of our executive boxes, for up to ten guests. As well as a prize for the winning team, there will also be PNE-related prizes available for the runners-up and third place team.
On the day, there will be a number of individual prizes available, including longest drive on the 18th hole, closest to the pin on the 16th hole and many others. We will also hold a raffle on the day with tickets costing £5 a strip.
If any local businesses want to sponsor a hole at the event, there will be a £50 cost plus a prize donation to the raffle. We also have ‘Longest Drive’ and ‘Closest to the Pin’ sponsorship opportunities available. These will take place on hole 18 and 16 respectively at a cost of £75 per hole.
