Preston North End Community and Education Trust (PNECET) is seeking to appoint a dedicated and experienced Emerging Talent Centre (ETC) Strength and Conditioning coach to support girls on their development pathway, with a focus on physical development.
As the ETC Strength and Conditioning (S&C) coach you will work with multiple age groups ranging from 10 to 16-years-old and implement a high-quality service ensuring that the S&C provision complements the training and games programme.
The successful candidate will develop and create players who are balanced, autonomous and adaptable. The role will focus on coaching positive and proactive practice relevant to inspiring players and developing a S&C programme which aids injury prevention.
