Preston North End Women's Football Club play in the North West Women's Regional Football League Division One North, the sixth tier of the English women's football pyramid, achieving a fourth-placed finish in the 2021/22 campaign.
The first team provides a pathway from the Preston North End Women's Junior Football Club youth set-up to open age, giving women in Preston the opportunity to represent Preston North End in competitive, open age football.
