Jordan Storey arrived in PR1 as a 20-year-old in the summer of 2018 after an undisclosed fee and four-year deal was agreed.

Storey joined the club having only made 17 senior appearances in the EFL with Exeter City, and enjoyed an impressive breakthrough season making 32 appearances in all competitions.

In his first season at Championship level, the young defender shone at the back, striking up an impressive partnership in the heart of defence with Ben Davies and went on to pick up the 2019 Young Player of the Year award.

Storey didn't feature quite as much in the following campaign after the arrival of Patrick Bauer, but he was back in the fold in 2020/21, featuring a career-high 30 times in the Championship.

He then featured 20 times in all competitions at the beginning of the next season, but joined League One side Sheffield Wednesday on loan in January 2022 and helped them reach the Play-Offs.

That wasn't his only experience of the Play-Offs, having reached the League Two final with Exeter City in 2018, unfortunately coming out on the losing side.

Back at PNE in the summer of 2022, Jordan nailed down a place in Ryan Lowe's side and helped North End start the season with seven consecutive clean sheets in the league.

The defender scored to earn a draw against Lancashire rivals Burnley in September 2022, before netting an injury-time winner over Middlesbrough a few months later.

That wasn't his only experience of the Play-Offs, having reached the League Two final with Exeter City in 2018, unfortunately coming out on the losing side.
