Josh Seary made his professional debut for PNE in August 2023.

The Liverpool-born defender signed a professional deal alongside his scholarship in June 2021, which was triggered on his 17th birthday in September, and he went on to enjoy a successful first year with the U19s.

He found his best form at right wing back during the 2021/22 season, utilising his pace and eye for goal to become a major attacking threat for North End, scoring six times, while also providing essential defensive cover.

After spending some time with the first team, Josh was sent out to gain some experience on loan with Warrington Town, and he proved to be one of their standout players during the first half of the 2022/23 campaign.

Again being a part of the senior side's pre-season schedule, Josh was then rewarded with his professional debut in August 2023, against Salford City in the opening round of the Carabao Cup.

Josh has also been regularly involved within the Republic of Ireland youth setup.
