Information For Disabled Supporters

Preston North End Football Club aims to provide an enjoyable and memorable match day experience for all supporters, and we hope the information below is helpful for your trip to Deepdale. We offer a wide range of specialist facilities for all disabled supporters with accessibility and inclusion being at the core of our provisions. Should you have any further questions, please contact Lucy Stephenson, Disability Liaison Officer by calling 0344 856 1966 or send an email to lucy@pne.com.

Tickets

All supporters with a disability must be registered with Preston North End FC by completing a disability registration form.

The registration form consists of two parts; part one is to be completed by the applicant or their representative and part two must be completed by a recognised professional. This person must know the applicant well, but cannot be related to or live at the same address as the applicant.

One of the following documents must also be provided at the time of registration: Disability Living Allowance at the medium to high rate, Personal Independence Payment, Attendance Allowance or Certificate of Vision Impairment.

You will be advised at the time of registration if/when your application will be reviewed. A complimentary carer ticket is also issued if required, in line with our terms and conditions. These can be found by clicking on 'Disabled And Carer Tickets' on our terms and conditions page.

Parking

Parking

Deepdale currently has 48 accessible disabled parking bays for home supporters. These can be booked on a seasonal or match by match basis, and are sold subject to availability.

Match by match bookings must be purchased in advance of the fixture, no later than 5pm the day before a Saturday 3pm kick-off, and no later than 12 noon for a 7.45pm kick-off for a midweek fixture.

Supporters can also utilise the disabled drop off points outside the Sir Tom Finney stand and Minerva Health Centre as and when required.

Hidden Disabilities Sunflower

As part of the club's ongoing commitment to deliver an inclusive environment for all at Deepdale, supporters can chose to wear a Sunflower lanyard to share that they have a disability or condition which may not be immediately apparent.

There is no requirement for supporters to disclose their disability should they wish to wear the lanyard. Likewise, there is no qualifying list of disabilities. It is simply a choice for supporters who feel they wish to indicate to staff or fellow fans that they need additional support, help, or simply a little more time.

The free-of-charge lanyards can be collected from the ticket office, and if supporters can’t make it down to Deepdale you can call 0344 856 1966 or email ticketoffice@pne.com.

You can find out more by clicking here or head to the Hidden Disabilities sunflower website.
