All under 14s must be accompanied by an adult. A maximum of four under 14s can be purchased per adult ticket.

Yes, 2022/23 season card holders can renew their season cards online.

If you are selecting the same seat as the 2022/23 season, on the home page of www.mypne.com simply click ‘Season Card Renewals’ under the ‘Tickets’ tab and your season card will be placed in your basket.

2022/23 season card holders can change their seat for the 2023/24 campaign either at the ticket office, over the phone on 0344 856 1966 or online on www.mypne.com.

To do so online, simply select ‘Season Tickets’ under the ‘Tickets’ tab and select the seat which you would like to change to.

Any season card holders who are changing seats or age bands will be sent a new card for the 2023/24 campaign.

Supporters with a 2022/23 season card had their seats reserved until 8.30am on Monday 5^th June, before any unsold seats became available for general sale.

Yes, supporters can purchase for family and friends, providing they are linked to their friends and family list on their account.

Accounts can be linked to your friends and family list by providing their member number, surname and post code. This can be done online or via the ticket office.

No, if you do not already sit within this area you cannot buy a season card here without a junior or under 11.

However, supporters who already have a seat in this area who no longer have a junior or under 11 in their party are able to renew in the same seats. Please note, this cannot be done online, therefore will need to be bought in person from the ticket office or over the phone on 0344 856 1966.

Fans buying in the Sir Tom Finney Family Zone with an under 11 on finance will need to fill out a manual form at the ticket office.

Any season card holders who are changing seats or age bands will be sent a new card for the 2023/24 campaign.

Supporters who have lost their season card should visit or contact the ticket office, and a new card will be issued at the cost of £10.

Ambassadors must continuously renew their season card each year to maintain their Ambassador status.

Supporters who are Founder Member Ambassadors or Gold Ambassadors will only retain their status by purchasing a 2023/24 season card.

If one adult season card in the Alan Kelly Town End is purchased at a cash price of £400 and an amount of credit, this would be repaid by one monthly payment of £47.24 (which includes a £5 facility fee), followed by nine monthly payments of £42.24. The total amount payable is £427.36 and the total charge for credit is £27.36. Representative 13.8% APR variable. Transaction fee 5.95% (subject to a minimum transaction fee of £23.80).

No, 2023/24 season cards cannot be purchased in the Bill Shankly Kop.

The club are currently in the process of reviewing whether it is a viable option to split the Kop between home and away supporters for certain games throughout the season, as has been done during the 2022/23 campaign.

A definitive decision will be communicated with supporters on this as soon as possible.

A 2023/24 season card admits the holder to all regular league matches played at Deepdale throughout the campaign. This does not include any friendly, cup competition or Play-Off matches.

Yes, season cards are available to purchase for the 2023/24 season in the Invincibles Lounge, the Guild Lounge and the Sir Tom Finney Lounge, while you can also secure an Executive Box for the season.

All hospitality season card holders – whether new or existing – will be issued a new card for the 2023/24 campaign.

Seasonal car parking passes are not currently available to purchase for the 2023/24 campaign.

All seasonal car parking spaces were reserved until 8.30am on Monday 5^th June, before becoming available for those placed on the waiting list.

Whilst we expect all seasonal pass holders to park within their purchased space, as displayed on the front of their pass, we may from time to time need to relocate you on the day due to circumstances which are out of our control and impossible to rectify on the matchday.

Your seasonal pass is only valid for all home league games played at Deepdale during the 2023/24 season.

For any home friendlies and home cup games, your space will be held on reserve for a short period of time, which is usually the same as the window to claim your seat, and must be claimed by yourself during this time. When claimed during this period, your car park space will be free of charge. 

After this you will be charged the standard match parking fee set at the time for the relevant fixture. A red visitor match pass will be issued for claimed home cup games and home friendlies. Your seasonal pass will not be valid for these games.

If you lose your seasonal pass you should contact the ticket office immediately. A duplicate will be issued at a cost.
