The club is introducing electronic entry for the 2018/19 season. The turnstiles and reception areas will be automated with the introduction of electronic readers. These will be able to read electronic cards or the bar codes on tickets.
In addition to new season cards, the club are introducing member cards to help with the sale of matchday tickets. Once you have a member card, attending a game will be a simple matter of booking and paying for the game in question. The electronic readers at your turnstile will know to expect you for that game and you will simply present the card to the reader. This will eliminate the need to queue at the ticket office to collect tickets.
Member cards are to be made available to all supporters (who do not become season card holders). We intend to charge for these cards, but in the first instance these will be provided free of charge until the end of August, ensuring we can have as many member cards in circulation as possible. After this time they will available to purchase for £10 per card, for anyone over the age of 18, and free for U18s.

Season cards and registered member cards will be distributed in advance of the new Championship season.
Further stadium developments are also set to be undertaken, with the installation of new digital perimeter advertising boards on three sides of the stadium, relocation of the television gantry and the continued upgrade of the concourses, after the successful facelift to the Alan Kelly concourse during the current campaign.

In both circumstances, any uncollected tickets will be sent on the official supporters' coaches from Deepdale and will be available approximately one hour before kick-off.

- All supporters with a disability must be registered with Preston North End FC (‘the Club) by completing a disability registration form.
- The registration form consists of two parts; part one is to be completed by the applicant or their representative and part two must be completed by a person who works in (or is retired from) a recognised profession. This person must know the applicant well, but cannot be related to or live at the same address as the applicant.
- A recognised profession can be defined as a job which requires special knowledge and skills derived from research, training and education and is acknowledged by the public as such. I.e. doctor, teacher, solicitor.
- One of the below documents will also need to be provided at the time of registration in support of the registration form:*
- Disability Living Allowance (DLA); medium to higher rate care/mobility component
- Personal Independence Payment* (PIP)
- Attendance Allowance
- Certificate of Vision Impairment
- You will be advised at the time of completing your registration if/when your application will be reviewed.
- A carer ticket is issued on the understanding that it is used in conjunction with the disabled supporter ticket on the sole basis of undertaking related carer duties expected within Deepdale on matchdays.
- The carer ticket is not valid without the disabled supporter being present.
- There are no restrictions on where ambulant disabled supporters and carers can sit within the stadium - providing this area is safe and accessible for the disabled supporter to do so.
At the start of 2017, Preston North End brought in four matchday supporter liaison officers (MSLOs) to assist supporters attending games at Deepdale.
The four volunteers are season ticket holders and regularly attend away games following the Lilywhites and so they know just how important it is for everyone to enjoy their matchday experience.
The volunteers will be rotating between all four stands each match and will be on hand to assist supporters with general matchday queries. These include offering directions to turnstiles/seats and entrance points, as well as other stadium facilities and above all, they will offer a friendly and approachable service for anybody who may need a helping hand while at Deepdale.
The MSLOs will be on hand around the turnstiles from around 1pm for a normal 3pm kick-off, and will welcome supporters as they enter the stadium and will be visible on the concourse pre-match and at half-time.
The MSLOs will be given all the relevant information before each match to offer the best possible service to all supporters, whether they are regulars or new comers to Deepdale.
The team will work collectively under the club’s supporter liaison officer Hannah Woodburn, and will collate any feedback, issues or other queries throughout the day and report this the next working day.
There are posters up on the concourses with photos of Hannah and the team so supporters know who to look out for and where you can find them on a matchday!
The four people who are giving their time to help fellow supporters are Leanne Naylor, Janet McDonald, Lynn Noon and Gary Cragg.
We are hoping this small adjustment can contribute to a positive matchday experience for all supporters.
Tickets for Preston North End's away fixtures can be bought online via MyPNE.com by PNE supporters only.
Tickets for all away fixtures are sold subject to the away clubs’ terms and conditions.
Unless stated, seats purchased online will be the seats you are allocated and a maximum of six tickets will be made available to purchase per transaction.
Tickets will be made available to purchase online up to three business days prior to the date of the fixture to ensure tickets are posted in sufficient time.

An U11s 'free' entry is via season ticket only. All children up to the age of ten on a match-by-match basis will pay the listed price. These can be purchased with a full paying over 18 match ticket. Please note a maximum of four tickets at this price are permitted with one over 18 match ticket.
All match tickets are sold in accordance with our terms and conditions - these are available to view online under the tickets tab - terms and conditions and the EFL regulations. Alternatively please ask a member of the ticket office for a copy.
Seasonal car park passes are available on the Sir Tom Finney, Invincibles, Bill Shankly Kop and Alan Kelly Town End car parks for £250.
Car park passes can be purchased on a match by match basis on all car parks for £15, subject to availability.
The Club accepts cash (in person only), cheque (made payable to Preston North End FC), and all major credit and debit cards (excluding Diners Card and American Express). There are no additional charges on matchday tickets purchased.
