Preston North End Charity/Good Causes Policy
Preston North End Football Club recognises the importance and hard work of charities and community fundraising groups around the UK, as well as the positive impact the club can have to help to generate revenues for these causes.
The club's own Trust is the Preston North End Community And Education Trust, and is itself a registered charity based at Deepdale.
The club typically receives 1,000's of requests for donations to good causes each year. Whilst unable to fulfil all requests, the club is committed to delivering assistance where possible and practical and has this charity policy in place to facilitate this process.
Throughout the course of each football season the club will make available match tickets to be used by fundraisers to generate revenues.
Applications for tickets must be made in writing to the address below or by emailing it to reception@pne.com.
Owing to the large number of applications received, the club cannot accommodate requests from organisations or groups outside Lancashire. Also due to demand we are unable to help with prizes of signed shirts or balls. Shirts are available to purchase from the club shop and signings can be arranged, please give at least four weeks notice, via the same address/email.
However, the club may make special provisions for exceptional cases and some national campaigns. The club's senior management team will also consider any applications for help from armed forces or emergency services groups.
The club can only accommodate ground collections on matchdays at Deepdale for its official charity partner Rainbow House and other official EFL partners.
As part of Preston North End's on-going commitment to good causes and charity work, the PNECET also hosts special events for children and adults with serious or life-threatening illnesses, disabilities, or those that may have suffered a traumatic experience, please email community@pne.com with any suggestions for consideration.
