The club is introducing electronic entry for the 2018/19 season. The turnstiles and reception areas will be automated with the introduction of electronic readers. These will be able to read electronic cards or the bar codes on tickets.
Season cards, as opposed to season ticket booklets, will be issued to season ticket holders.
All prices have been held at 2017/18 prices – although Ambassadors’ discounts have now ended.
Ambassadors who have previously received the senior concession rate will continue to do so. As stated at the start of last season, from the 2018/19 season, all senior citizen concessions throughout the stadium will commence at age 65.
To clarify, those already in receipt of the concession up to and including the 2017/18 season, will retain that status.
Season ticket cards will be on sale from Wednesday 9th May 2018, with current season ticket holders’ seats reserved until the close of business on Saturday 9th June 2018.
In addition, we will be introducing member cards to help with the sale of matchday tickets. Once you have a member card, attending a game will be a simple matter of booking and paying for the game in question. The electronic readers at your turnstile will know to expect you for that game and you will simply present the card to the reader. This will eliminate the need to queue at the ticket office to collect tickets.
Member cards are to be made available to all supporters (who do not become season card holders). We intend to charge for these cards, but in the first instance these will be provided free of charge until the end of August, ensuring we can have as many member cards in circulation as possible. After this time they will available to purchase for £10 per card, for anyone over the age of 18, and free for U18s.

Season cards and registered member cards will be distributed in advance of the new Championship season.
Further stadium developments are also set to be undertaken, with the installation of new digital perimeter advertising boards on three sides of the stadium, relocation of the television gantry and the continued upgrade of the concourses, after the successful facelift to the Alan Kelly concourse during the current campaign.
We will once again offer free season cards to all accompanied U11s, with all current concession offerings remaining in place again.
The Premier Member offering of a free season card when the club gets promoted to the Premier League remains in place for all Premier Members who must retain their season ticket status in order to retain the offer of a like-for-like free season card in the first season the club is playing in the Premier League on or before the 2021/22 season.
Supporters will again have the chance to spread the cost of their season card payments over time through the club’s finance scheme in partnership with V12, whilst there will be no charges for the purchase of season cards through debit or credit cards.

For the 2018/19 season, our official finance partner, V12, will offer season card finance over ten months. A fee equivalent to 7.5% of the total season card order is payable with the first instalment. Adult cards are available from £40 a month.

Sales Details
Season cards may be purchased by cash or by credit or debit cards; there will again be no charges for card purchases and they can be purchased in person at the ticket office, over the phone on 0344 856 1966 during office opening hours and online 24/7 at www.mypne.com.
Please note U11s, disabled, student or apprentice cards can only be purchased in person or over the phone. U11s must be purchased with an over 18 season ticket purchase. The ticket office reserves the right to request proof of age with all season card purchases. A maximum of four U11s can be obtained with each over 18 season card purchase.
Under 11 concessionary season card holders must be ten-years-old or younger on 4th August 2018. To receive the 11 to 18-year-old concessionary rate, you must be aged 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 or 18-years-old on 4th August 2018.
To receive the 19 to 21-year-old concessionary rate, you must be 19, 20 or 21-years-old on 4th August 2018.
To receive the student or apprentice concessionary rate, you must be aged 22, 23 or 24-years-old on 4th August 2018 and in full-time education.
To receive the senior citizen concessionary rate, you must be at least 65-years-old on 4th August 2018.
Supporters wishing to transfer to another part of the ground or ‘upgrade’ as a one-off, may do so in advance at the ticket office on a match by match basis. On these occasions the difference between the two stands’ match by match prices must be paid.
All supporters with a disability must be registered with Preston North End FC by completing a disability registration form.
The registration form consists of two parts; part one is to be completed by the applicant or their representative and part two must be completed by a person who works in (or is retired from) a recognised profession. This person must know the applicant well, but cannot be related to or live at the same address as the applicant.
A recognised profession can be defined as a job which requires special knowledge and skills derived from research, training and education and is acknowledged by the public as such, i.e. doctor, teacher, solicitor.
One of the following documents will also need to be provided at the time of registration in support of the registration form:
• Disability Living Allowance (DLA) at the medium to high rate;
• Personal Independence Payment (PIP) at the standard or enhanced rate;
• Certificate of Visual Impairment
• Attendance Allowance

For supporters with disabilities purchasing match-by-match tickets, they are charged in accordance with the age band, together with a complimentary carer ticket.
The club’s loyalty points scheme remains in place, with all season card holders starting their season with 260 points added to their total at the point of purchase. The points system will again be used for away games and cup games where priority sales procedures need to be put in place, when demand is expected to outweigh supply.
Family Zone
Any over 18 ticket in the Family Zone can only be purchased together with at least one junior or U11 ticket and Family Zone cards must be purchased either in person at the ticket office or over the phone on 0344 856 1966, they are not available on MyPNE.Com.
In 2017/18 we attempted to make the Family Zone in the Sir Tom Finney Stand, blocks A to C, more attractive with reduced pricing for those aged 19 and over when accompanied by a junior or U11, up to the age of 18.
A number of existing fans have seats in this area, but are not accompanied by anyone 18 or younger. Existing season ticket holders in the Family Zone who are not accompanied by anyone aged 18-years-old or younger, will be able to retain their seat, but must pay the regular Sir Tom Finney Stand price. Priority for new season cards in this area will be given to families.
