We are delighted to announce that at the close of the early bird offer this morning we have sold just over 11,000 season tickets for the 2023/24 season.
Of these, some 11% are new season card holders. This is a fantastic fan response for which we are very grateful to all of our supporters.
Though this figure is some 500 behind the same period last season, more than 650 of the non-renewals to date are from under 11’s and carers (who get their tickets free).
As a consequence of this we are pleased to report we have matched the income achieved from season cards sold last season. Once again we would like to thank you for your tremendous support.
As fans might recall, last season's sales were the highest the club had achieved for over 60 years. This year's total has very nearly matched that.
For those fans that missed the early bird offer, remember you can still get behind the team and book your season cards for 2023/24.
It’s not too late to be a part of our “Home is where the heart is” campaign. Anyone who has bought but would like to relocate their seats can do so by contacting the ticket office.
Please do not underestimate how this level of fan support and engagement helps to give us, the club, all the coaching staff and the players, the added impetus to try to succeed for you all.
We know it is now incumbent upon us, with the manager and all the recruitment team, to add to the squad those players that it is felt will give us the best chance of improving on last year’s finish and to push to the play-offs.
