An upset and angry Simon Grayson wants his team to learn and leaders to step forward following Tuesday’s 3-3 draw with Chesterfield.
And Grayson was visibly frustrated by the outcome of the match.
Speaking to PNE Player at the conclusion of the contest, the manager said: “We have to learn very quickly, yes there is a young team out there at times but they have to learn quickly what they need to do, but the experienced players need to lead them through difficult situations.
“It was as if we became a completely different team, as if all the positivity was wiped out of us and filled by negativity.
“The supporters vented their feelings and rightly so because they have seen their team go from being a top, top team to a bottom team when you are conceding three goals.”
