Paul Gallagher's superb strike against Wigan Athletic is up for the accolade, along with one of Tom Barkhuizen's strikes against Bradford City where he calmly slotted home after a brilliant defence splitting ball from Ryan Ledson.
Also nominated is Joe Rafferty as his long range effort against Swansea City got him off the mark in a North End shirt, and Billy Bodin's opener against Nottingham Forest as he beat his man to slot it beyond the 'keeper.
The winner will be announced at 10am on Monday 9th September.
