PNE Flags by PNE-Online have launched what they call their “most ambitious project yet” as they look to create a sea of scarves at Deepdale.
During the summer of 2022, PNE-Online led fan initiatives to introduce thousands of flags at the stadium on a matchday during the 2022/23 season.
After that great success, ahead of the 2023/24 campaign they have launched ‘PNE Flags’ and are now looking to create a sea of scarves at Deepdale in tribute to The Gentry.
Their aim is to fill the Invincibles Pavilion by placing a flag scarf on every seat, starting from Block H and filling one block at a time.
This project is once again being done through donations, which can either come from individuals or from partners/local businesses.
Each £5 supporter donation will fund a scarf, while businesses can ‘Scarf A Block’ for £500 in the Invincibles, or £1000 should the project continue over to the Alan Kelly Town End or Sir Tom Finney Stand.
